Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical Bias

Coventry | £38,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) | Permanent

Monday to Friday | Days Only | Early Finish Every Friday

We're recruiting two mechanically biased Maintenance Engineers for an established, family owned manufacturer in Coventry, employing over 1,000 people.

This is a genuinely mechanical maintenance role, with some electrical fault finding, working across a wide range of production machinery.

Working hours – two patterns available:

• Option 1: Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4pm.

• Option 2: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm.

• Both options: Friday, 7am – 2:45pm.

What do you need?

• Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and fault finding.

• Ability to carry out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.

• Basic electrical fault finding skills.

• Ideally an Engineering apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

You'll be working on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, CNC machinery, hydraulic systems and production machinery.
