Salary: £20 - £23 per hour

Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site dynamic risk assessments, identify health and safety hazards, and ensure operatives adhere to safety procedures.
- Lead mechanical site installations, fault-finding, and technical problem-solving.
- Plan daily site activities, allocate team skill sets, and provide technical guidance to ground operatives.
- Liaise directly with client contacts and Project Managers to address planning or access issues.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and maintain accurate daily site logs.
- Manage stock levels of consumables and ensure all near misses, accidents, and non-conformances are reported.
Mechanical / Pipefitter Supervisor Requirements
- Education: GCSEs (or equivalent standard) in English and Maths.
- Qualifications: Completed a modern apprenticeship or equivalent in engineering.
- Technical Background: Proven hands-on site engineering experience with strong working knowledge of pipework, screens, pumps, and motors.
- Certifications: CSCS card (or equivalent) required. EUSR Water & Sewage, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space (High Risk), and Abrasive Wheels are preferred.
- Attributes: Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
