Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate complex mechanical systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration testing, to validate system designs and performance metrics.
- Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and specifications for system components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure cohesive system development.
- Oversee system testing and validation processes, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to meet project requirements.
- Document all design processes, test results, and system configurations meticulously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in mechanical system design, integration, and testing.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for system analysis.
- Strong understanding of system dynamics, thermodynamics, and control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
