Member-Focused Contact Centre Team Leader

JD Gyms in Leeds is seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Advisors, driving performance and ensuring a first-class member experience.

You will coach, conduct 1:1s, review performance, manage attendance, and support onboarding while upholding JD Gyms' values across all member interactions.
