Mental Health Support Specialist | Skills & Resilience

Adferiad Recovery in Cardiff is seeking a role to provide support planning, one-to-one and group sessions, activities and interventions for people affected by serious mental illness. The aim is to equip them with skills, knowledge and coping strategies to enhance their own well-being.

The post holder will work with statutory, voluntary, private sector organisations and community facilities to equip service users and carers with skills, knowledge and coping strategies to sustain well-being.
