P&S are recruiting caring, enthusiastic and reliable Mental Health Support Workers to support adults experiencing mental health difficulties across services in the Colchester and Clacton areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by providing practical and emotional support, building positive relationships and helping individuals develop the confidence, skills and independence to manage their mental health and work towards their personal goals.
Whether you have previous experience in mental health services or transferable experience from another support setting, we would love to hear from you.

Flexibility to travel between different sites across Colchester, Clacton and the surrounding areas.

A commitment to promoting dignity, respect and person-centred support.
Essential Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check required.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. P&S is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
