Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular support sessions with clients via video conferencing and phone calls.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans based on client needs and recovery goals.

- Monitor client progress, identify potential risks, and report concerns to the clinical team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a mental health support role or similar caring profession.

- Proficiency with digital communication tools and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively from a remote setting.
