MEP Microstation Technician

Job Title: Contract MEP MicroStation Technician

Location: Remote (with initial on-site setup/induction)

Contract Type: Contract - up until February with possible extensions

Rate: Circa £40 per hour (8-hour day)

We are seeking an experienced MEP MicroStation Technician to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in addressing the clients current workload bottleneck and freeing up their design team for higher-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform M&E CAD work, including 2D and 3D drawings.
• Conduct calculations and lux plots.
• Work within a project-wise environment and handle BIM requirements.
• Produce detailed design work for station designs, AFA schemes, and new station builds.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or E&P (Electrical & Power) experience.
• Proficiency in MicroStation is essential.
• Capable of working with 2D, 3D, and BIM environments.
• Experience with rail projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
