This role combines strategic leadership with classroom practice, enabling you to influence provision across the school whilst maintaining direct involvement in teaching and learning through a 0.5 teaching commitment.

You will contribute to ensuring that learning opportunities promote academic achievement, personal development, communication, independence and preparation for adulthood.

Working collaboratively with leaders and staff, you will support the continued development of a coherent and engaging curriculum that delivers consistently good experiences for all pupils and prepares them for successful futures.

The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching and learning and school improvement.
