About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of open-pit mining operations, ensuring production targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mine Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in open-pit mine operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of mine planning, scheduling, production management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
