Mobile Senior Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Wales (covering 24 sites) Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team delivering maintenance and engineering services across a portfolio of supermarket sites throughout Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly secured contract, offering long-term potential for an experienced engineer looking for a varied mobile role with an excellent salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of 24 sites.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide a professional service while working across multiple customer sites.

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm.
- Saturday mornings: Potential one in four rota, working four hours paid at the overtime rate (subject to confirmation).
- On-call: Potential one in eight rota (subject to confirmation).
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a mobile air conditioning or HVAC engineering role.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
- The ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant air conditioning and refrigerant handling qualifications.
