Mobile Building Services Engineer – Regional Maintenance & On-Call

SER Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer to cover the Exeter/ Taunton area on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves mobile, site-based maintenance across commercial locations with a salary of £40,000–£42,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building services maintenance, hold a Level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification, and be willing to join the on-call rota. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
