Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – Part-Time (Mainly Evenings)

Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire (Herts, Beds & Bucks) Pay: £15.00–£16.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Approximately 3–5 hours per day Working Times: Mainly evenings after 5:00pm, with occasional daytime work depending on site requirements Additional Hours: Opportunity for extra hours Vehicle: Company Car or Van Provided

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and hands-on Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing commercial cleaning team, covering sites across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

This is a varied role involving site inspections, deliveries of cleaning supplies, supporting cleaning teams and providing cleaning cover when required.

The role is mainly evening-based, starting after 5:00pm, although some daytime availability will be required depending on site needs.

The position offers approximately 3–5 hours per day, with the possibility of additional hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out regular site inspections and cleaning quality checks.

Deliver cleaning materials, equipment and supplies to various client sites.

*

Provide hands-on cleaning cover during staff sickness, holidays and absences.

*

Support and supervise cleaning operatives to maintain high cleaning standards.

*

Identify and report any cleaning issues and help resolve them promptly.

*

Maintain good communication with clients and cleaning staff.

*

Ensure sites are fully stocked and operating efficiently.

*

Assist with additional cleaning tasks when required.

Requirements

*

Previous commercial cleaning experience essential.

*

Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.

*

Full, clean UK driving licence – essential.

*

Legal right to work in the UK – essential.

*

Must be available to work mainly evenings after 5:00pm.

*

Some flexibility for daytime work when required.

*

Reliable, punctual and well-organised.

*

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

*

Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.

*

Flexible and willing to provide hands-on cleaning support.
