Mobile Maintenance Engineer Berkshire £43,000 - £45,000

We've got an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client, covering a portfolio of commercial sites based solely across Berkshire. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, manage client expectations, and take initiative to maintain high standards of service.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties: Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance. Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals and water treatment systems. Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems. Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures. Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards. Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required. Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports and permits to work. Raise and close jobs using PDA systems. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' experience within commercial building maintenance. Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach. Apprentice-trained background desirable. Full UK driving licence. Must be based in or able to cover Berkshire only. Salary & Package: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum Company van Fuel card PPE and tools provided Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Berkshire-based portfolio only Overtime available Internal progression and career development opportunities
