Location: Maidstone, Kent Pay: £21–£23 per hour Overtime: £33–£34.50 per hour Hours: 40-hour basic week Additional benefit: Door-to-door pay

Ote: £65,000 - £70,000

PlantLink Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a growing business in the construction plant sector.

The successful candidate will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a varied range of machinery, including excavators, dumpers and rollers. The role offers regular overtime, with potential earnings of £65,000–£70,000, depending on hours worked.

The role

• Service, maintain and repair construction plant machinery

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs in the field

• Work on a varied fleet, including excavators, dumpers and rollers

• Maintain a high standard of work and follow health and safety procedures

About you

• Previous experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer or similar

• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills

• Able to work independently and manage your workload

• A reliable and professional approach
