PDI Plant Fitter
£38,000–£42,000 basic salary (40 Hours) Permanent, full-time overtime at 1.5x (after 40 Hours)
Due to securing a significant amount of new work an established construction plant business is expanding its engineering team.
You will initially focus on planned maintenance and servicing, making this an excellent opportunity for a Plant Fitter who wants to strengthen their skills and develop.
The Role
*
Complete planned servicing and maintenance on construction plant
*
Carry out machine inspections and identify developing defects
*
Record findings and recommend any additional repair work
*
Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience servicing construction plant or similar heavy machinery
*
A strong mechanical background and willingness to develop
*
Good communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work safely and independently
Package and Benefits
*
£36,000–£40,000 basic salary
*
Overtime paid at 1.5x
