Mobile Plumber – London & Home Counties £43,000 – £45,000 + Package Van & Fuel Card Mobile – London & Home Counties Monday – Friday | Permanent I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties. This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who is looking for a stable, long-term position with plenty of variety.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, alongside basic mechanical plant duties across a range of commercial properties. Your duties will include:

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Domestic hot and cold-water systems
• Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing
• Blockages and minor leaks
• Pumps and basic mechanical plant
• Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance
• General PPM and reactive works
• Liaising with clients and site teams
• Completing maintenance records and job reports The Person We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Experience working within an FM environment
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional approach and good customer service skills
• NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing
• G3 Qualification would be beneficial £43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience Company van & fuel card provided London & Home Counties
