Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial building services and facilities maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join their growing team.
This is a Monday to Friday role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work. A company vehicle is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with no shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems. Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding. Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and associated plumbing systems. General plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently. Completing job reports and paperwork accurately. Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent). Previous experience working within commercial maintenance. Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation work. Full UK driving licence. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. What’s on Offer:
