Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and advise on the most appropriate mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and estate agents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a related financial advisory role.
• Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of the UK mortgage market and relevant regulations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in Portsmouth .
