Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products and associated financial services.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to completion.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and referral partners.

Requirements

• Relevant mortgage advisory qualifications (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in mortgage sales or advisory roles.
• Excellent understanding of the UK mortgage market and lending criteria.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline effectively.
