You will build rapport with clients, assess their financial situations, and help them navigate the complexities of the mortgage market. Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial circumstances and eligibility for mortgage products.
• Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage options from various lenders.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, including documentation and underwriting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification in mortgage advice.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and associated regulations.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
