Rayner Personnel is recruiting for a Performance & Development Mortgage Manager covering branches across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. The role combines onboarding new Mortgage Advisors with coaching existing ones to lift performance and protection penetration.

The package includes £42,500 salary, a £2,500 performance bonus, and a £4,000 car allowance, plus generous benefits and a clearly defined career path. Regular travel and occasional evenings/work from home are required.
