Job description

The Package

Salary: £42,500 & performance bonus of £2,500

Car: £4,000 car allowance

Essential: A full driving license

Location: Covering branches across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire

Work Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday: 08.30 start, Saturday: 09.00 start), office‑based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.

The Role:

Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors

Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration

Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework

Support branch integration and help embed new recruits

Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes

Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions

Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance

The Person:

Motivated by developing others and driving performance

CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)

Strong relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with people!

A solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure

Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)

Confident working within a T&C framework

Full driving license
