Are you a qualified MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician looking for a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, ongoing training and no Sundays or Bank Holidays?

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive service centre in Ipswich

This is a varied, hands-on role combining MOT testing with servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a wide range of makes and models.

The Role

Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations Vehicle servicing and general maintenance Diagnostics and mechanical repairs Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, tyres, lights, emissions and exhaust systems Brake, tyre and wheel alignment work where required Accurately complete MOT documentation and job cards Identify defects and required remedial work Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and Health & Safety

About You

Valid MOT Tester licence - essential Vehicle Technician qualification and relevant experience Strong hands-on mechanical and diagnostic skills Experience within a fast-fit centre, garage or recognised dealership Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points

Salary & Benefits

£34,000
