Motion Design Director: AI-Driven Brand Systems

R/GA is seeking a Design Director, Motion who works across brand, product, experience and campaigns, and who is comfortable defining a system as well as bringing frames to life through animation.

You will set principles and translate them into machine-readable outputs that teams or models can adopt, with AI and generative tools at the centre of daily work. 3D knowledge is a big plus and excellence in craft is expected.
