Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor insurance claims from first notification of loss through to settlement.
• Investigate claim circumstances, verify policy coverage, and assess liability.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, garages, repairers, and other relevant parties.
• Authorize payments for repairs, replacement vehicles, and associated costs within delegated authority limits.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all claim activities and decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in handling motor insurance claims or a related customer service role within the insurance sector.
• Good understanding of motor vehicle insurance principles and practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
