The Role

We're looking for a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join a busy dealership in Romford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn a competitive salary, maximise their earnings and benefit from a £1,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics, alongside MOT testing. You'll help ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and maintained to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent. Previous experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician. A valid MOT Tester licence. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance. Good attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's On Offer

Basic salary of up to £35,490. OTE of £59,996. £1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in stages: £750 upon joining. £250 once accredited. £500 after 12 months of employment.
