An established automotive business is seeking an experienced Motorhome / Caravan Technician to join its workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working beyond standard vehicle servicing, with a varied workload covering habitation systems, electrical diagnostics, installations and interior repairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring motorhomes and campervans are safe, fully functional and ready for customers.

Your role will include:

Carrying out habitation services in line with NCC standards

*

Diagnosing faults across electrical, water, heating and appliance systems

*

Working with 12V and 240V electrical systems

*

Completing damp checks and interior repairs

*

Installing accessories, including solar panels, awnings, alarms and cameras

*

Diagnosing battery and charging issues

*

Preparing vehicles for sale and customer handover

*

Completing repair reports and maintaining accurate job records

We’re looking for:

*

Experience as a Motorhome, Caravan or Vehicle Technician

*

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

*

Knowledge of 12V and 240V electrical systems

*

Basic plumbing and interior repair skills

*

A methodical approach and high attention to detail

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

A full UK driving licence

NCC / AWS habitation certification, LPG or gas qualifications, and experience installing accessories would be advantageous, but are not essential.
