Key Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a high volume of drops per shift, ensuring timely delivery of parcels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes within the Glasgow area to maximize efficiency.
• Scan and log all parcels accurately using handheld device technology.
• Maintain positive customer interactions, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues to the transport manager.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and driving regulations.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding road networks.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness for handling parcels of varying sizes and weights.
