This fast-paced role involves delivering a high volume of parcels to residential and commercial customers efficiently and courteously. You will be the face of the company for many customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience. Key Responsibilities

• Complete a route of multi-drop deliveries per day, ensuring all parcels are delivered safely and on time.
• Scan and log all parcels accurately using handheld device technology.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service during deliveries, handling any queries professionally.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, reporting any issues immediately.
• Adhere strictly to delivery schedules and company procedures for handling parcels and customer information.
• Safely load and organize parcels within the delivery vehicle each morning.

Requirements

• A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Southampton area and surrounding routes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a physically demanding workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
