Multi-drop Delivery Driver position

Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Kilos Kouriers LTD – Essex

£550–£600 per week | Company van and fuel provided

Kilos Kouriers LTD is looking for reliable, professional and motivated multi-drop delivery drivers to join our growing team.

We are looking for people who take pride in completing their work properly, communicate when problems arise and can work independently without constant supervision.

Previous multi-drop experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

The Role

You will normally complete approximately 80–90 deliveries per day within a designated area, although parcel volumes can vary.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scanning, loading and organising your vehicle efficiently.

Completing deliveries accurately and professionally.

Completing scheduled collections and time-sensitive services.

Following correct Proof of Delivery (POD) and scanning procedures.

Communicating problems early, rather than waiting until the end of the route.

Taking reasonable responsibility for completing your allocated workload.

Looking after the company vehicle and reporting defects or damage promptly.

Following depot and Kilos Kouriers operating procedures.

Parcel delivery can be physically demanding and busy, particularly during peak periods. Applicants should be comfortable working independently and managing a full delivery route.

Our Standard — Execute With Excellence

At Kilos Kouriers, we don't expect perfection.

We do expect reliability, accountability, communication and a professional attitude.

If something genuinely goes wrong — illness, vehicle problems, excessive workload or another unforeseen issue — we expect drivers to communicate early so that the team can find a solution.

We operate as a team and support one another when genuine problems arise. At the same time, every driver is expected to take ownership of their own responsibilities.

This role is best suited to someone who wants consistent work, takes pride in doing a job properly and can be trusted to work independently.

What We Offer

£550–£600 per week, depending on workload, performance and responsibilities.

Company-provided van.

Fuel provided for authorised work.

Weekly payment.

Structured training and induction.

Designated delivery areas.

Additional weekend/peak work when available.

Performance-related earning opportunities.

Opportunities to progress into training, senior-driver and operational roles.

Support from an established delivery team.

Owner-driver opportunities may also be available at separate agreed rates.

Who We'Re Looking For

We're particularly interested in applicants who are:

Reliable — if you've committed to work, we need to be able to depend on you.

Accountable — problems happen; hiding them or leaving them for somebody else isn't how we operate.

Professional — you'll represent Kilos Kouriers and our clients at customers' homes and businesses.

Independent — you'll receive training and support, but should become capable of managing your route without constant supervision.

Communicative — tell us early when something is going wrong so we have an opportunity to help.

Hard-working — multi-drop delivery is active work and requires good organisation, resilience and time management.

Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will progress through our recruitment and assessment process, which may include:

Telephone interview → documentation and licence checks → practical/ride-along assessment → training → depot approval → route allocation.

This process allows us to make sure the role is right for you and that you're right for the team.

Interested?

Apply with your current CV and relevant driving/work experience.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial telephone interview.
