Multi-Skilled Joiner - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to carry out maintenance and repair works across tenanted and void properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, combined with additional skills such as plumbing, plastering and general property maintenance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and complete work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance within residential properties. Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance. Carry out plastering, patching and making-good works. Work across both occupied and void properties. Identify defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely. Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Work professionally and respectfully within tenants' homes. Comply with relevant health and safety requirements.The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Joiner. Multi-skilled, with additional experience in plumbing, plastering or general maintenance. Experience working in residential properties, social housing or similar environments is desirable. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence is required.Temp to Perm Opportunity

The position will initially be offered on a temporary basis, giving both the candidate and client the opportunity to ensure the role is a good fit. For candidates who demonstrate the right skills, attitude and quality of work, there is a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position with the client.
