Mechanical/HVAC Engineer (Temp to Perm)

Location: Hampshire (Mobile Role) Ideal Base: Southampton / Winchester Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management contract covering approximately 160 sites across Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) Reactive maintenance and fault finding Mechanical plant maintenance General building services maintenance Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are met Managing your own workload across multiple sites with PPM schedules provided one month in advance

Requirements

Mechanical maintenance background Air Conditioning qualification Multi-skilled maintenance experience Full UK Driving Licence Basic DBS check Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV)

Additional Information

Air conditioning work is expected to make up approximately 10% of the role. Therefore, we are ideally seeking a multi-skilled, mechanically biased engineer who also holds AC qualifications
