Multi Skilled Plumber

Multi Task Plumber – Northampton

Lynx Employment Services are looking for an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join a busy property repairs team in Northampton. This is a hands-on role working mainly in occupied properties across Northampton, carrying out plumbing repairs alongside a range of other multi-skilled maintenance work.

### The role

Carry out plumbing repairs to a high standard

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently

Undertake a range of other property maintenance and multi-skilled repairs

Work directly in tenants' homes, providing a professional and friendly service

Keep tenants informed about work and any disruption

Use a PDA and basic IT systems to record and manage jobs

Drive a company vehicle between properties ### What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with a strong plumbing background who can also turn their hand to other areas of property maintenance. You'll ideally have:

Proven plumbing experience Previous experience working in social housing or occupied properties Good multi-skilled maintenance experience Strong customer service skills The ability to work independently and manage your own jobs A full UK driving licence

A Basic DBS check will be required for the role.

### The package

£16.23 – £18.35 per hour PAYE, depending on experience Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm 30-minute break Mainly Northampton-based Company vehicle, tools, materials and uniform provided No out-of-hours rota If you're a qualified or experienced plumber who enjoys variety and has solid property maintenance experience, we'd like to hear from you.
