Multi-Trader – Isle of Wight- Commercial Property Maintenance

Location: Isle of Wight Rate: £200–£220 per day, negotiable depending on experience Contract: Ongoing Company Van Provided

Premier Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trader to join our client's well-established commercial property maintenance company covering Bedford, Luton and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent, ongoing work with the potential for a long-term position.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs and building works across a range of commercial properties.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong plumbing skills and experience

• Carpentry and joinery

• General building maintenance and repairs

• Plastering and making good

• Ability to undertake a variety of multi-trade maintenance tasks

• Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader

• Full UK driving licence

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
