Multi Trader

Location: North London Rate: £22 per hour Type: Long-term Vehicle: Company van + fuel card provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in North London.

The Role

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties

• Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works

• Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard

• Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs

• Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately

• Providing a professional and respectful service to residents

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade – essential

• Strong skills across at least two trades

• Social housing or property maintenance experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload

• £22 per hour
