Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Raunds (NN9)

Tech-People are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a static commercial site at Howdens in Raunds.

Raunds, NN9 Start: 28/09/2026 £26.29 per hour Umbrella PAYE / £20.19 per hour PAYE 45 hours per week 8:00am-5:00pm Static commercial site

The role will involve carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site, ensuring work is completed safely and within required SLA timescales.

Responsibilities

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance Electrical maintenance and fault finding General M&E and fabric maintenance Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests Identify and report defects and potential issues Complete maintenance records and paperwork Work to statutory compliance and health & safety requirements Ensure jobs are completed within agreed SLA timescalesRequirements

Recognised electrical qualification is essential Good all-round M&E / fabric maintenance experience Previous commercial building maintenance experience Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Able to work independently in a static environment Strong Health & Safety awareness Must be able to work via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS/Ltd Company payments.
