Nanny (Live-Out, Sunderland)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and caring Nanny to provide dedicated care for their two young children in their family home in Sunderland . This live-out position requires someone who can create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, fostering the children's development and well-being. You will be responsible for daily routines, including preparing meals, engaging children in educational and fun activities, and managing school runs. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and passionate about childcare, with a genuine affection for children and a commitment to supporting their growth. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full daily care for two children (ages 4 and 7), ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities, including educational games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with homework and support educational development.
• Manage daily routines, including bath time and bedtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nanny or similar childcare role, with excellent references.
• Up-to-date DBS check and First Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to cook healthy meals for children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient demeanour.
