About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional care for their children in Oxford . You will be responsible for managing daily routines, fostering a positive learning environment, and building a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and their parents. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive daily care for children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Plan and implement stimulating age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the children at all times.
• Manage children's schedules, including naps, playtime, and homework assistance.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding the child's day and development.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the children, promoting their social and emotional growth.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role.
• A thorough understanding of child development and age-appropriate care techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A patient, responsible, and nurturing disposition.
• Ability to work effectively within a family setting in Oxford .
• Must hold a valid First Aid certificate and have an enhanced DBS check.
