- Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum
- Bonus: 10%
- Pension: 6% matched
- Annual Leave: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays

You'll have real influence over commercial strategy, direct responsibility for P&L performance and the freedom to identify and secure new opportunities across grocery, discount and impulse channels.

What You'll Be Doing
- Growing existing retail accounts whilst identifying and securing new listings, categories and channels.
- Owning customer P&Ls, forecasts, promotional plans and commercial performance.
- Using category insight and consumer data to build compelling customer growth plans.
- Working closely with marketing, category, finance and operations to deliver successful launches and excellent execution.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Proven experience managing FMCG retail accounts, ideally within food or chilled categories.
- A track record of winning new business as well as growing established customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing negotiations, investment and profitability.
- Resilience, energy and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced growth environment.
