What you’ll be doing

Carry out regular estate inspections, addressing minor issues and ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintained
Undertake basic maintenance and inspections of communal areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and escalating complex repairs
Support the management of anti-social behaviour and environmental nuisance issues, including fly tipping and evidence gathering
Maintain a visible presence on estates, addressing concerns, supporting residents, and reporting safety or environmental issues
Engage with residents and support community initiatives, encouraging involvement and signposting to relevant services
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to report issues, coordinate actions, and support effective service delivery
