You will be responsible for monitoring network traffic, identifying potential issues, and responding rapidly to incidents to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor network performance and availability using sophisticated NOC tools and dashboards.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network faults and service interruptions in a timely manner.
• Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or relevant support teams according to defined procedures.
• Respond to alerts and alarms, performing initial troubleshooting and documenting all actions taken.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and generate performance reports for management review.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of NOC processes and monitoring strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Network Operations Centre or similar IT support role.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Familiarity with network monitoring software and ticketing systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective incident reporting and collaboration.
• Willingness to work shifts as part of a rotating schedule to ensure continuous coverage.
