Network Support Analyst with Cisco CCNA – City London

Overview

As a Network Support Analyst, you ensure reliable network, security and voice services within a mission-critical environment. You’ll work with the Infrastructure team to support BAU operations and contribute to scalable designs for projects. You will diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis and help drive high-availability across European sites. This role offers hands-on design, implementation and audits, with a clear focus on security and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU network, telephony and related services (PABX, voice recording, desk moves/changes)
• Assist design, build and implementation of firewall solutions from perimeter to DMZ
• Support Disaster Recovery testing and invocation
• Maintain networking diagrams and documentation for audits
• Contribute to global networking standards and security framework migrations
• Support IPS deployment for European sites
• Interpret network security reports and facilitate audits and penetration testing

Key requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in network support
• Cisco CCNA certification
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco firewalls, switches and routing protocols
• Experience with data center and branch interconnectivity (LES circuits)
• VPN technologies such as IPsec
• Experience in mission-critical environments and operational deployments
