About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and client-focused New Homes Sales Executive to represent their prestigious developments in and around Sunderland . You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of new build properties and guiding them through the reservation and purchasing process. This role requires a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of the property market in Tyne and Wear. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers visiting show homes and marketing suites, providing detailed information about new developments.
• Conduct professional and persuasive property tours, highlighting key selling points and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to reservation and completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, offering support and advice at every stage.
• Work collaboratively with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and site sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the new homes or real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the Sunderland property market and the new build process is advantageous.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as required by the sales cycle.
