Carry out file audits, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Provide technical guidance on complex conveyancing matters.

Help improve processes, quality standards and overall team performance.

Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.

A confident communicator who enjoys helping others develop.

A good understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.

Legal qualifications such as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, LPC or a Law degree would be advantageous.

💼 What's On Offer? ✅ Competitive salary and uncapped bonus potential ✅ Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home ✅ Ongoing training and professional development ✅ Pension, life assurance and additional colleague benefits ✅ A role focused on technical expertise, quality and supporting others rather than managing your own caseload
