Newly Chartered Project Manager

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with two remote working days each week. The role covers commercial, industrial, logistics, retail, life sciences, mixed-use and occupier-led projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through each stage of the project life-cycle against agreed objectives.

• Support governance, planning, procurement, risk management and structured client reporting.

• Coordinate internal teams, external consultants and contractors.

• Monitor programmes, budgets and key deliverables.

• Support contract administration and change management throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Recently achieved MRICS status, approximately within the previous 12 to 24 months.

• Experience within consultancy, property, construction or professional project management.

• Understanding of project management principles and structured delivery processes.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and relevant project reporting tools.

Salary & Package

• Circa £60,000 including car allowance and profit share bonus scheme.

• Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5% and private healthcare.

• 22 to 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closure.

• Two remote working days each week.
