About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Night Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations during overnight shifts in Edinburgh . This role is critical for ensuring that all facilities are impeccably clean and maintained by the end of each night, ready for the start of the business day. You will lead a dedicated team of night cleaners, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively during night hours in the historic city of Edinburgh .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure quality and thoroughness of cleaning services.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to cleaning staff, addressing any performance issues.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for night shifts.
• Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed meticulously during overnight operations.

Requirements
