Night Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a dedicated cleaning team across various commercial properties in Liverpool . This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services are delivered during overnight hours. You will be responsible for team management, quality control, and ensuring a safe working environment for your team and the client's premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of night cleaners, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to cleaning staff.
• Manage cleaning schedules and resource allocation for overnight operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and COSHH regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any issues arising during the night shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor, particularly with night shifts.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
