Night Senior Care Assistant — Mentor & Lead Care

Glenholme Senior Living Thimbleby Court, Horncastle, is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for night shifts. The post is permanent, 33 hours per week, with 7pm–7am shifts and alternate weekends. Candidates with an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care are preferred.

You will mentor staff, oversee medication administration, update care plans, and work closely with families to ensure dignified, person-centered care for residents during night hours.
