Night Senior Carer: Lead Care Team & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to supervise a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical care of residents in a night-shift role. You will work with the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires leadership, empathy and the ability to manage medication and care plans with sensitivity. Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have proven experience in elderly care.
